What's changing?Through our strong partnership with our insurance partner, AIA Australia Limited, we’ve been able to negotiate an insurance premium reduction for members with PSS Additional Death and Invalidity Cover (ADIC).
ADIC premiums for PSS members will reduce from 1 March 2023. |

What do you need to do?For payday 16 March 2023, adjust the ADIC premiums to the new premium amount applicable for each member. To make this easy for you we’ve attached a listing of your employees with ADIC and their new premium amount. To open this spreadsheet please use your employer ID as the password. For members with a birthday between 2 March and 15 March 2023You will receive updated premium information for any members with a birthday as per normal practice. Once the information has flowed through to CSC from that payday, we will recalculate the new premium rate and cover amount. |

What about member communications?CSC is contacting members individually to let them know about the changes to their premiums, including information about their current cover amount.
